Privacy policy

How personal data is processed on fklavye.net.

1. Controller and scope

Osman Bozdag
Dorneburger Str. 1
44652 Herne
Deutschland

Email: support@fklavye.net

This policy covers fklavye.net, its language versions, the contact form and the embedded WebBlocks Live Chat widget. External websites and linked product services may have their own privacy notices.

2. Hosting and technical access data

The website is hosted on a server in Germany with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

Your browser sends data such as your IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the referring page. These data support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable, secure website operation.

3. Contact form and email

We process your name, email address, optional subject and message. The CMS stores the message before attempting an email notification. It also processes the IP address, browser identifier, source page and spam-check or delivery information to handle the request and protect against abuse. Spam checks take place within the CMS.

Enquiries about a possible or existing contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interest is answering and organising communication. Fields marked as required are necessary to submit the form. You can alternatively contact us by email.

4. WebBlocks Live Chat

When you use the chat, we process the information and messages you provide, timestamps and their conversation association. An email address may be requested. Messages are stored within the website installation; offline messages are configured to notify the operator by email. The browser stores conversation access under webblocks-live-chat-conversation so you can resume it. This local storage is not an advertising tracker.

Contract-related enquiries use Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries use Article 6(1)(f). Browser storage necessary to provide the conversation you request falls under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

5. Cookies and local browser storage

The website uses fklavyenet-session for the session and XSRF-TOKEN to protect forms against forged requests. The inspected cookies are valid for up to two hours; continued use may renew them. Strictly necessary storage falls under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Secure operation involving personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your optional-statistics choice is stored in webblocks_visitor_consent for up to 180 days. The CMS also uses wb-cookie-consent and wb-cookie-consent-preferences in local storage, normally retained until you or your browser delete them. This storage respects your privacy choice. You can delete or block storage in your browser; doing so may limit form or chat features.

Cookie settings

6. Website statistics and consent

WebBlocks CMS internal visitor statistics are enabled. They support analysis of page views, language versions, referring domains, campaign parameters and broad device, browser and operating-system categories. Under the inspected CMS behaviour, reduced statistics do not contain a session identifier or IP hash. With consent, a session identifier and pseudonymised IP hash may be added. Pseudonymisation does not automatically make data anonymous.

Consent-dependent processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Data-minimised server-side audience measurement without optional browser identifiers may rely on Article 6(1)(f), with the legitimate interest of improving the website. You can reject optional statistics or withdraw consent for the future through cookie settings; previous lawful processing is unaffected.

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

7. Recipients and transfers

The operator and, where necessary, selected hosting, email and technical-support providers receive access limited to their tasks. Processing on our behalf must meet the requirements for data processors. Disclosures to public authorities may occur where legally required.

The public contact address is support@fklavye.net. The current CMS configuration also sends contact-form and offline-chat notifications to a Gmail mailbox of the operator. Contact details and message content included in those notifications therefore reach Google. For EEA users the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing outside the EEA, including in the United States, is possible. Google describes transfer mechanisms, including Google LLC’s EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification and standard contractual clauses, in its data-transfer information. See also the Google privacy policy.

8. Retention

Personal data are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose, unless legal retention duties or justified requirements to establish or defend claims apply. Business correspondence may be subject to retention requirements depending on its content. Actual backup rotation and deletion cycles must also be considered.

Completed enquiries and chat conversations are reviewed for any continuing need. Where records qualify as business correspondence subject to retention, the usual period is six years; for accounting vouchers it is usually eight years (section 147 AO and, where applicable, section 257 HGB). These periods generally start at the end of the relevant calendar year. They do not automatically apply to every enquiry.

9. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) on grounds relating to your particular situation; direct marketing can be objected to without giving such grounds. Contact support@fklavye.net.

10. Complaints

You may complain to a data protection authority, especially where you normally live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The authority relevant to the Herne location is Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).

The website uses HTTPS. Send only information needed for your enquiry; avoid passwords, payment credentials or particularly sensitive personal information.
